What would a phone look like if it was built around paper-like readability and battery life over everything else? This was a personal exploration into that question — no brief, no client, just an idea I wanted to see rendered out.
E-ink displays are underused in mobile. The tradeoff is obvious — no video, slower refresh — but for a device centered around reading, communication, and focus, those constraints become features.
